Laboratory Assistant

We are seeking a Laboratory Assistant to support the Application Lab Manager in daily laboratory management tasks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing application samples, managing application materials, conducting stability tests, performing fragrance performance tests, and handling client parcels.
- Prepare application samples across product categories, including FF, home, and personal care.
- Manage application materials, ensuring their availability and proper storage.
- Set up stability tests and monitor them to ensure accurate and timely results.
- Conduct fragrances performance tests to evaluate their quality and effectiveness.
- Prepare and dispatch client parcels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Adhere to laboratory safety rules and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the Application Lab Manager and other team members.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to support the overall laboratory operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Baccalauréat or higher) in a relevant field, including Bac+1 to Bac+3 qualifications.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in a laboratory, including experience gained during training or internships.
- Strong sense of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to be reliable, punctual, and responsive to emergencies or time-sensitive tasks.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering results.
- Knowledge and adherence to laboratory safety rules, protocols, and best practices.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively as part of a team.
